Refund Policy

At Therapy Breeze, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for all of our users.  However, we understand that technical issues may arise.  Below is our policy regarding refunds and resolution of disputes:

Refund EligibilityRefunds or coupons for an additional examination may be issued in the following cases:

Technical Issues: If a user experiences a verifiable technical issue that prevents them from completing or accessing the examination, they may be eligible for a refund or a coupon for a future examination.

Duplicate Purchases: In the case of accidental duplicate purchases, a refund will be issued for the additional charges.

Non-Refundable CircumstancesRefunds will not be issued in cases where:

The user has completed the examination successfully.  Issues arise due to user error or failure to meet system requirements.  A request is made outside the time frame specified in the Refund Request section.

Refund Request:  To request a refund or coupon, please email us at support@therapybreeze.com within 10 days of the examination date with the following information:

Full Name

Email Address

Description of the issue

Order Number or Transaction ID

Resolution of Disputes:  If you believe your situation has not been fairly addressed, or you encounter any disputes, please reach out to us at support@therapybreeze.com. Our team is committed to resolving all disputes as quickly and fairly as possible, typically within 5-10 business days.

Processing Time:  Once a refund or coupon is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
